Senior Customer Program Manager – Automotive
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Customer Program Manager to lead critical automotive programs, ensuring seamless delivery and fostering strong customer relationships.
Salary: €160k Base + Bonus
Location: Stuttgart (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary customer interface, representing the company in meetings and events.
- Plan and deliver program scope, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve milestones.
- Manage risks, recovery strategies, and change management processes.
- Develop detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and critical path analyses to track performance.
- Build and maintain multi-level customer relationships to support account growth.
- Provide regular program updates on scope, quality, and cost.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8+ years in program/project management, preferably with Tier 1 automotive suppliers.
- Experience in new product development and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Preferred:
- MBA, PMP certification, or experience in global product development.
- Familiarity with opto-mechatronic systems (e.g., Lidar, cameras).
